RETURN POLICY

Return Policy

Our return policy allows you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues


Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and resolve it for you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items


Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). Returns are also not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about the eligibility of a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges


The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the replacement item.

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm whether it has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
