For deliveries within Canada, the estimated transit time is 5-10 business days.

Please note that unexpected delays due to external factors such as natural disasters, holidays, or weather conditions may affect shipping times. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates, as shipping timelines depend on the carrier. Any delivery-related issues are the responsibility of the shipping company.

Once your order is handed over to the local carrier, ownership transfers to the buyer. We ensure all packages are in excellent condition before shipping. However, we are not responsible for delays, lost or held packages, carrier mis-deliveries, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect shipping information.

DAMAGED ITEM UPON ARRIVAL

If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us with the following details:

  • A clear photo of the damaged product

Once we receive this information, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost.
